ScottsdaleFineJewelers.com is extremely focused on customer service and our entire team is committed to ensuring all of our customers receive a high quality product, quickly and efficiently, at an amazing price.

If for any reason you aren't satisfied with a purchase, you may return any item in its original condition, including the original gift box or pouch, for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. You will need to contact one of our customer service representatives for return authorization and instructions. Return shipping will be at the buyer's expense.

Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. If an item shows signs of wear or has been resized, engraved, altered or damaged in any way, it cannot be accepted for return.

Once your item is received, it will be inspected and a refund or exchange issued. You will receive an e-mail notification regarding your return or exchange within seven business days. Outbound shipping and insurance will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Scottsdale Fine Jewelers will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments occurring prior to receipt of your package at our shop.

Lifetime Warranty

Scottsdale Fine Jewelers is committed to your full satisfaction. Our jewelry featuring gold, platinum, diamonds, gemstones, is made to last a lifetime and we promise to stand behind it for life. (Gems, such as pearls, opal, coral and amber are organic and tend to deteriorate over time and are excluded from this warranty).

We service what we sell.

We shall clean, polish, examine prongs, provide services and regular maintenance needed due to normal wear on your Scottsdale Fine Jewelers jewelry free of charge for as long as you own your jewelry. We guarantee the quality of your Scottsdale Fine Jewelers jewelry for life as long as you allow only a Scottsdale Fine Jewelers jeweler to work on it. We recommend that you bring, or mail, your Scottsdale Fine Jewelers jewelry to us every six months for an inspection so we can spot any potential maintenance issues and provide free preventive maintenance before problems occur. This warranty covers each item of fine jewelry for defects in manufacturing only and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss of precious stones and theft. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Scottsdale Fine Jewelers will void this warranty. Further, this warranty does not apply to lost, stolen or abused merchandise.
