Shipping & Returns
We are happy to ship to any location within the continental United States and Hawaii.
Orders for in stock items will be shipped within 1 - 2 USPS business days (Monday through Friday, except Holidays) after receipt of payment. Allow extra time for items requiring customization, sizing or special orders of any type (a time estimate will be provided for these items).
In order to meet our insurance company’s requirements we use only USPS Priority Mail with optional insurance, and USPS Priority Mail Express with included insurance (some restrictions apply). An adult signature is required for all packages – no exceptions.
A tracking # will be provided via email or telephone once your package has shipped.
The shipping rate charged for your order is based on current USPS prices according to items size, weight, value and shipping location. We ship via Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. You will be shown the final shipping cost before finalizing your order. FREE SHIPPING on orders over $1000.00.
If an item goes on back order we will attempt to contact you with the option to ship separately or to have items held to ship together when all purchases are ready to ship. Your credit card will not be charged until day of shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If, within 10 days after receipt of your purchase you are not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund, or exchange. Refunds are made only to the purchaser of record, and in the exact method of original payment. Your purchase may be exchanged for up to 30 days.
You must contact us by phone at 480-767-6810 or by email to email@example.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Any packages received without an RMA number will be refused.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost. The item must be returned in the condition it was sent and must include any Boxes, Certifications and Labels, and shipped back to us within 5 days of receiving an RMA number or the return request will be voided. Products returned without original packaging and/or with missing materials are subject to a restocking fee of 5%, not to exceed $75.00. It is recommended you insure any returned item for, at least, the original purchase price. We do not accept responsibility for return shipments until they are received at our facility. Lost or stolen shipments must be handled between you and the shipping company.
Products that have been specially ordered, modified (i.e. sized, engraved, etc.) or abused will not be accepted for refunds.
All sale items are sold “as is” and considered final sale. Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at 480-767-6810 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please retain all packing materials. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within two days of receipt of your order.
